We send a personal email with shipping and/or tracking info when your items are shipped. If you have ordered an item(s) and we find it is back ordered with our supplier, you will be notified immediately by email or a phone call.
We feel all babies deserve to be pampered in snuggly, health promoting organic, but know some are extra sensitive. This is the main reason Crystal Baby Organics was started, to cater to the extra sensitive children being born today.
