Stock Availability

At Crystal Baby Organics we offer quality goods from several organic suppliers.As hard as we attempt to keep the site updated with available stock through our suppliers, occasionally we will be made aware certain items may be out of stock when we place your order. Occasionally the demand for an item exceeds current supply. Should you order a product that's out of stock, we will place it on back order, call and/or e-mail you for approval of an acceptable substitute, if there is one, and also advise you of your order's delivery status. It is always up to you to choose to wait on a backordered item or replace it with a substitute. We will do our best, working with our suppliers, to get your items to you in as timely a manner as possible.We do sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding when these things happen.

SECURE AND SAFE PAYMENT OPTIONS

When you choose to make a credit card payment, you can be asssured of the security of your information. In addition to SSL, Paypal uses various fraud protection devices.

Payments are made through Paypal. However, you need not have a pay pal account to make a payment with a credit card. Just select the option that you do not currently have a pay pal account, and you are free to make a secure credit card payment. We have found this method to be the easiest, safest, and offers our customers the most options.

When transmissions are sent over an SSL connection, they cannot be intercepted, viewed or modified by other parties on the Internet. As such, customer payment information is transmitted securely.

SIZING FOR MOST OF OUR COTTON CLOTHING

When you use our size chart for your child, there is no need to "buy big!" We can't stress this enough! Whether you choose an item that's prewashed or one that has shrinkage - every cotton garment is designed for a good fit with room for growth. Many parents are used to buying a bigger size to get better value, we assure you, you will not need to do this.

HEIGHT is the one and only measure you need to order. This is the key to a good fit.

WEIGHT may be helpful if a child is above or below average weight.

All our cotton products are made of 100% Certified Organic Cotton. No use of any chemicals or pesticides were involved in the manufacturing process, all dyes are eco friendly and all snaps and zippers are nickel free.

Gift Wrapping

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, therefore gift wrapping is not currently available.

SHIPPING

Crystal Baby Organics has brought together some of the most wonderful organic baby clothes, baby bedding, and baby gifts for your ease of selection, all in one place. We offer you the softest organic cottons and luxurious organic woolens for your organic baby. Depending on your order, you may be receiving your purchase from different locations or suppliers, however, you may order anything from this site and pay only one shipping charge! (You will not be charged a separate shipping charge per supplier.) This affords you the convenience of ordering everything you would like with only one stop. The only exception is for furniture or some of the bedding, i.e. mattresses, where an additional shipping fee is required. If an additional shipping fee is required, it will be stated on the item.

Products supplied from the United States of America are shipped via USPS or UPS usually within 2-3 business days, depending on supplier. Cribs and mattresses, being hand crafted, may take up to 3 weeks or longer. Organic Handknits and Pukeko Baby Knits Bubble Organics) woolens are hand kintted and shipped from New Zealand, please allow 2-4 weeks to be shipped, plus delivery time, to the US.

We welcome orders from overseas and are happy to ship overseas. If you would like something from Crystal Baby Organics however, you are outside of the contiguous United States (Hawaii or Alaska) or you live outside of the United States, please contact us at customerservice@crystalbabyorganics.com to inquire about shipment fees before you place an order. Shipping rates are automatically figured for continental USA only.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is very important. We hope that you will be satisfied with all of the products we provide. If you do need to make a return, please follow these guidelines:

Unwashed & unworn products in perfect condition in original packaging only will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of reciept. (Unless otherwise stated, ie: 14 days for Sage Creek Naturals on defective items only) Please include a brief note explaining your reason for return, your address, and invoice number.

You will receive a full refund for the purchase price (shipping excluded). Your credit card will be refunded, or if you used a check or money order we will send you a check for the exact amount.

Merchandise that has been worn or damaged will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. Merchandise must be returned in it's original package with all tags intact to receive a refund.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and we are committed to providing safe and secure online shopping as well as protecting your private information. Crystal Baby Organics will never sell, trade or share your information with any individual or firm not directly associated with the process of fulfilling your order.
